A: Yes. While a phone can theoretically connect to up to 7 Bluetooth devices simultaneously, we recommend connecting no more than 3 devices for optimal performance.
Q: Can it be used with a Kindle e-reader?
A: No, it's not compatible with Kindle e-readers, but it works with the Kindle App.
Q: What is the warranty period for the product?
A: The product comes with a one-year warranty.
Q: What should I do if the remote ring stops working after a period of time?
A:
1. Check if the battery is depleted.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is connected.
3. Verify [AssistiveTouch] settings, see pic 4,5(iPhone only).
4. Restart your phone.
5. Place the remote in the charging case and power it on again.
